Tips and Tricks
Morana Mythic Heroes has 2 main gimmicks:
- Branded Souls – Morana’s abilities inflict Branded Souls to enemies hit. They are consumed when she uses Soul Tremor and deal damage, but more importantly they permanently buff her damage when she has reached her Iconic Weapon 100
- Anti-Control – Ashen Heart has a high chance to inflict fear to any opponent that uses a control skill (starting with Iconic Weapon 400). These opponent’s also gain Branded Souls.
These 2 gimmicks make her one of the strongest PvP units since she can buff her own damage up to 160% while also making sure that any control skill also controls your opponents in an impactful way since fear is a very strong form of control.

Synergies
- Despite the tank build, Morana can still get assassinated early in the fight
- Iset guarantees that she survives any assassination
- Afterwards, Morana will be able to stack Branded Souls and demolish the enemies, even with the tank build
Counterplay Morana Mythic Heroes
- Try to kill her as quickly as possible ( 3 etc.)
- Give her exactly 1 hero in melee range to fight her and keep everyone else far away, this way her stacking will take longer and she will effectively deal less damage
- Use heroes with debuffs instead of control, to circumvent her anti-control
- Do not group your heroes, Morana profits a lot from heroes standing together, especially if they are stale
