Luminous Etching is the single best skill for damage against Bosses .
Amaterasu Mythic Heroes is very squishy before reaching Iconic Weapon 500, but with it she can protect herself even from assassins like Susanoo, often killing them immediately.
Amaterasu should be one of the first 3 URs you build. The other two are Lucifer and Oda Nobunaga (“The Holy Trinity”). Pick wisely!

Runes and Artifacts for Amaterasu Mythic Heroes
There is not a lot of variety for Amaterasu, but that is not a hinderance for her. The main way to build her is Lightning Runes with Axe to shred through any opponent or boss with ease. Chakra can be used instead of Axe for more Ultimate damage, but the overall damage from Axe is usually better on Amaterasu.
